Possibility for varying kinds of responsibilities and projects. We also have our own product WODconnect so you can work on things more in a product company kind of way.
We are still a small, but growing team. You will have lots of freedom and responsibility. There might be a place for you to find an important role in the company and grow with it.
Your workday could include for example:
- Writing code
- Designing an application with team mates
- Giving a talk to the rest of the team about a thing you’ve learned
- Meeting with a client
- Joining the Kisko bookclub meeting
We have flexible hours, and the possibility to work remotely is self-evident.
What we want to see in you
You are proactive. We don’t have project managers babysitting anyone. You will be in direct contact with your team mates and clients. You can affect how projects are sold and run.
You are fully committed to becoming a long-term member of our team.
You get things done. To prove it you have evidence of your know-how.
You conduct yourself in a honest and friendly way.
You are interested in learning and growing. We run a process based on OKRs to help us track our personal and team goals.
You want to work fulltime and start as soon as possible.
What we would like to see in you
- Backend technologies: We use Ruby and mostly Rails. Our applications are hosted on Heroku and AWS.
- Frontend technologies: We mostly use React & Angular.
- We have a deal with a CrossFit gym and everyone gets a gym membership. So it doesn’t hurt if you are interested in training.
