Kisko bookclub continued to run during 2016. This time we had a relaxed pace and read five books.
The books have served as a springboard for discussions often not even directly related to the books themselves. Many of the books have been also referenced during other work tasks. All five can be recommended if the subject matter sounds interesting to you:

Masters of Doom: How Two Guys Created an Empire and Transformed Pop Culture by David Kushner
We started our bookclub in 2015. Participation is not mandatory and the weekly gatherings around lunchtime are pretty casual. Participants choose a book to read and the book is read couple of chapters per week and discussed in the group. People take varying amount of notes and usually the discussion takes 30–60 minutes.
We started the new year reading Seven Concurrency Models in Seven Weeks: When Threads Unravel by Paul Butcher.
