Open position: Junior web developer

Our client Via Esca is looking for a junior web developer.

“ViaEsca mission is to increase wellbeing by helping people to change their eating habits permanently.

70% of ViaEsca customers have been able to make permanent change in eating habits with the ViaEsca coaching method and digital coaching platform. Normally only 5% of people who are willing to, are able to make a permanent change.

We have helped over 500 Finnish families to make the permanent change. Now we are expanding the coaching platform with the help of our partners so we can help even wider range of people. Our main partners are insurance companies, health and wellbeing companies and the food providers and retailers.

We are currently team of 5 people with deep understanding and experience from nutrition coaching, food logistics, marketing and wellbeing technology. We have a deep cooperation with Kisko Labs with tech development.

We are looking for developer who can constantly improve ViaEsca platform/service independently and with bigger development sprints be a team member together with Kisko Labs developers.

You’d be working and learning with the Kisko Labs team. We will teach the in and outs of Ruby on Rails.

Via Esca is looking for an enthusiastic person who is eager to learn. Prior experience with Ruby on Rails and Shopify platform are a plus, prior experience with HTML + CSS + JS are required.
